WHAT IS A MALA?
Traditionally, Malas are a tool used for meditation. A mala is a string of 108 beads to count mantras in meditation, with the 109th bead symbolizing gratitude and the connection to your higher power.
The tassel represents enlightenment and is considered as a spiritual teaching. The individual strands blend and flow together in constant change and represent change within.
CAN ANYONE WEAR A MALA?
Yes, anyone! Malas are used for meditation. Their beads help you focus your mind and manifest the things you want from life like love, spiritual growth or grounding. They’re also just beautiful and can be worn as jewelry.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY MALA?
Easy, go with your intuition! Listen to your heart. What are you attracted to? You can choose beads with the healing properties you desire. For example- Rose Quartz for love, Lapis for manifestation, Amethyst for transformation, etc. When you receive your Mala, sit with it, meditate and let your journey unfold.
HOW DO I USE MY MALA?
Mala beads are talismans used for meditation and prayer that have been worn by yogis and spiritual seekers around the world!
During meditation you can repeat a mantra softly, 108 times, using your Mala beads to keep track. Then on your 109th bead, you give your thanks and connect with your higher power.
Rest the Mala beads on your middle finger and use your thumb to rotate the Mala one bead at a time toward yourself. With each repetition of the mantra, inhale and exhale.

All Malas are individually hand-knotted with a supple yet durable nylon for long lasting use. Our tassels are handmade with luxurious silk.
